     Pending Rule Makings: The rule makings have been proposed and are currently between the CR-101 and CR-102 stage. They are currently under review and there may be further rule-making activity before July 2004.

     Possible Rule Makings: The commissioner notes that there may be rule makings necessary to implement legislation adopted this session. In addition to those activities, the commissioner continues the effort to update and clarify the code.
