The Board for Judicial Administration having recommended
the adoption of proposed new GR 32, and the Court having
determined that the proposed new rule will aid in the prompt
and orderly administration of justice and further determined
that an emergency exists which necessitates an early adoption; Now, therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED:
(a) That the new rule as attached hereto is adopted.
(b) That pursuant to the emergency provisions of GR 9(i),
the amendment will be published expeditiously and become
effective upon publication.

Court Performance Audits, Proposed General Rule 32.
Pursuant to the provision of RCW Chapter 2.56 and to
ensure that minimum service levels for the administration of
justice are in place, the Administrative Office of the Courts
(AOC) is directed to conduct performance audits of courts
under the authority of the Supreme Court, in conformity with
criteria and methods developed by the Board for Judicial
Administration which have been approved by the Supreme Court.
