Rescinding an Outdated Policy and Consistency Statement

     The Department of Health, Office of Drinking Water, is in the process of examining all office policies and consistency statements to determine if they are in compliance with the Administrative Procedure Act. With the creation of various office guidance documents, amendments to Washington Administrative Code and changes in approaching selected programs, the office has determined that the following policy and consistency statement are no longer needed.
