аааа Document Description: Effective for the week of June 1, 2004, and after, the Medical Assistance Administration (MAA) will implement the following changes to the prescription drug program:

Х Changes in drugs requiring prior authorization;

Х Additions to the expedited prior authorization (EPA) list; and

Х Deletions from the expedited prior authorization (EPA) list.
