Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 74.08.090.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Revising what is considered acceptable verification for pregnancy and also rewriting the WAC for clarity.
