Colleges/universities offering residency certificate
programs for principals/program administrators shall have
these programs approved by the state board of education by
August 31, 2004. Colleges/universities offering residency
certificate programs for school psychologists, school
counselors, and school social workers shall have these
programs approved by the state board of education by August
31, 2005.
