аааа Document Description: Effective for claims with dates of service on and after April 1, 2005, except as otherwise noted, the Medical Assistance Administration (MAA) will implement the following changes:

Х Therapeutic drug class changes to be implemented as part of the Washington preferred drug list;

Х Expedited prior authorization (EPA) changes; and

Х Prior authorization changes.
