Commercial Low-Level Radioactive Waste Site Use Permit Fees
In accordance with chapter 173-326 WAC, Commercial
low-level radioactive waste disposal -- Site use permits, the
Department of Ecology is providing notice of the site use
permit fees for the period of March 1, 2006, through February
28, 2007. The annual base fee, 1x, has been set at $424.
Site use permit fees for each category are as follows:
