Title of Rule and Other Identifying Information: Chapter 468-210 WAC, Pilot registration.
THIS RULE IS BEING PROPOSED UNDER AN EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS THAT WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE AGENCY TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS, PREPARE A SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT, OR PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE CRITERIA FOR A SIGNIFICANT LEGISLATIVE RULE. Box 3367, Arlington, WA 98223 , AND RECEIVED BY February 6, 2006.
Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: Chapter 468-210 WAC required Washington pilots, airmen and airwomen to register with the Washington State Department of Transportation.
