] The office of drinking water has completed an exercise
examining all our policies and consistency statements to
determine if they are in compliance with the Administrative
Procedure Act. With the creation of various guidance
documents, amendments to Washington Administrative Code, and
changes in selected program approaches, the office of drinking
water has elected to rescind the policy listed below because
it is outdated in content and format.
