The department of health would like to withdraw the
following CR-102 for proposed rule making to increase the fee
for new and renewal applications for midwives because it is no
longer valid. Based on the supplemental budget passed during
the 2006 legislative session, the department must decrease
fees for new and renewal applications for midwives for the
period of July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007.
