Subject of Possible Rule Making: Fee increase for private investigator company licenses.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 18.165 RCW.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The reason for the fee increase is that dedicated fund requires that the program establish and maintain a reasonable fund balance. The fee increase will accomplish meeting this requirement.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
