Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 308-108 WAC, Driver training schools.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 46.82.290, 46.28.310, 46.28.320, 46.28.330, and 46.28.340.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Adoptions and amendments to the existing rules are necessary to incorporate program changes made necessary by the enactment of chapter 219, Laws of 2006 (HB 2829).
Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.
