Notice of Miscellaneous Filing
The Washington state department of ecology, toxics
cleanup program, has recently updated Procedure Number 500B to
reflect the Washington state legislature passage of SB 5449,
passed in the 2005 session. Procedure 500B Identification of Potentially Liable
Persons, provides ecology employees guidance on how to
identify persons responsible for the cleanup of contaminated
sites.
