Subject: Changes to credit bureau certification.
Effective Date: August 22, 2006.
Document Description: This notice is a new policy clarification memo which explains to staff that the support enforcement management system (SEMS) updates now allow the division of child support (DCS) to report to credit bureaus those cases which DCS is enforcing for a foreign country. SEMS released the changes on August 11, 2006.
