Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: To repeal chapter 196-24 WAC, and place existing section into new chapter that better explains subject matter.
Reasons Supporting Proposal: To move sections out of a rule titled "general" and move to a rule titled "professional practices" so that it better explains the subject matter.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 43.24.086.
Statute Being Implemented: Chapter 18.43 RCW.
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
