Subject of Possible Rule Making: Card rooms.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 9.46.070.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Currently, house-banked card room licensees must process fills and credits using a three part form dispensed from a "whiz machine." The petition for rule change submitted by Leading Edge Software would allow each page of the three part form used for fills and credits to be printed out separately on a printer from a computer based program.
