Reasons Supporting Proposal: This section of the WAC is outdated and no longer applies.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 41.05.160.
Statute Being Implemented: RCW 41.05.220.
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
