DESCRIPTION OF INTERPRETIVE OR POLICY STATEMENT


     Document Title: Administrative Policy 1.16 Reporting Critical Incidents and Threats; Administrative Policy 9.05 Translation of DCS Forms; Administrative Policy 9.60 Detecting and Reporting Counterfeit Notes.

     Subject: DCS procedures for reporting critical incidents and threats; DCS procedures for providing customers with translated forms; DCS procedures for identifying and reporting counterfeit currency.

     Effective Date: October 13, 2006 (all).

     Document Description: Administrative Policy 1.16 describes the division of child support (DCS) procedures for reporting "critical incidents" that affect people, property, or the division of child support's ability to provide services to the public.

     Administrative Policy 9.05 explains how the division of child support (DCS) provides translated forms.

     Administrative Policy 9.60 ensures that all division of child support (DCS) employees understand the importance of detecting counterfeit currency to minimize monetary losses for DCS and our customers.
