Subject of Possible Rule Making: The department is adopting new WAC sections for the chronic care management (CCM) program in chapter 388-557 WAC.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: To incorporate into rule the health and recovery services administration's new CCM program.
