     Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 46.61.385.

     Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: To update out of date regulations. This WAC should not include material referencing school zone signage and the regulation regarding walking routes needs better clarification.
