     Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 19.27.074.

     Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Some areas of possible conflict and misinterpretation have been identified in the codes. The council is considering further state amendments to clarify the code language.

     Process for Developing New Rule: Technical advisory group (TAG) review.

     Interested parties can participate in the decision to adopt the new rule and formulation of the proposed rule before publication.
