This agenda is for information purposes, and dates of anticipated rule-making actions in this agenda are estimates. Any errors in this rule-making agenda do not affect the attorney general's actual rules and rule-making notices filed with the office of the code reviser and published in the Washington state register. In addition, there may be additional attorney general rule-making activities that cannot be forecasted as the attorney general initiates rule making to implement new state laws, to meet federal requirements, or to meet unforeseen circumstances.

CR-102 is a proposed rule making filed under RCW 34.05.320 or 34.05.340.
CR-105 is an expedited rule making filed under RCW 34.05.353. The process is accelerated and no public hearing is necessary.
