EXPEDITED RULES
Title of Rule and Other Identifying Information: WAC 308-33-110, 308-33-120 and 308-33-130, relating to brief
adjudicative proceedings and the Employment Agency Act.
THIS RULE IS BEING PROPOSED UNDER AN EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS THAT WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE AGENCY TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS, PREPARE A SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT, OR PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE CRITERIA FOR A SIGNIFICANT LEGISLATIVE RULE. Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: To repeal those administrative rules that conflict with the Uniform Regulation of Business and Professions (URBP) Act rules regarding brief adjudicative proceedings.
Reasons Supporting Proposal: The program now uses the URBP WAC 308-08-115 and 308-08-525.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 19.31.070.
Statute Being Implemented: Chapter 19.31 RCW.
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
