Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The following revisions need to be made to this chapter.
1. Change the approval of temporary extensions from ESD offices to the office of superintendent of public instruction.
2. Change the due date of the verification statement and confirmation of updated records to the same due date as the ridership report.
3. Technical changes for increased clarity in various areas throughout the chapter.
