EXECUTIVE ORDER
RESCISSION OF EXECUTIVE ORDERS
The existence of obsolete executive orders can create confusion or unnecessary regulatory burden on executive agencies and the public; and
The Office of the Governor, in consultation with executive branch agencies, has determined that the below-mentioned existing executive orders are no longer necessary and can be rescinded immediately;
NOW THEREFORE, I, Christine O. Gregoire, Governor of the State of Washington in order to achieve effective and efficient government performance, by virtue of the power vested in me, do hereby order and direct that the following executive orders be rescinded:
EO 04-06, relating to establishing sustainability and efficiency goals of state operations

• | The Commission was incorporated into RCW 43.162.010. |
• | The Commission's work was completed in 2003. |
• | This Order was incorporated into RCW 41.04.033 through 41.04.039 |
• | This Order was incorporated into RCW 39.04.300 through 39.04.320. |
• | The Order expired on December 31, 1998, and is therefore outdated. |
