Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 392-121-136 Limitation on enrollment counts.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28A.150.290(1).
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The subsection addressing students who are claimed by an institution for a 1.0 FTE on form E-672 should be deleted and placed under WAC 392-121-108. There is a WAC revision in progress for WAC 392-121-108 which includes this change.
Process for Developing New Rule: Early solicitation of public comments and recommendations respecting new, amended, or repealed rules, and consideration of the comments and recommendations in the course of drafting rules.
