Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 308-104-018, changing a driver's license or identicard holder's address of record.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 46.01.110 and 46.20.205.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The agency is seeking to narrow the documents and sources used to change a person's address of record in the agency's records of driver's license and identicard holders.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
