OLYMPIC COLLEGE

     We would like to modify the names and numbers of the Olympic College WACs. The changes are as follows:

• Chapter 132C-10 WAC, Board of trustees -- Policies -- Bylaws, is to be renamed, Board of trustees -- Policies.
• WAC 132C-104-040 Seal, is to be recodified as WAC 132C-10-001.
• WAC 132C-104-07001 Legislative matters, is to be recodified as WAC 132C-10-07001.

     The purpose of these changes is to clarify and streamline our WACs and eliminate some confusing redundancy in the names. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
