NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS
With the exception of conference calls, the usual format for the meetings is a public forum on Thursday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (for meetings that have Thursdays noted) and a regular business meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. All meetings are held in accessible locations. The physical addresses of the meetings will be determined closer to the meeting dates. Conference calls start at 10 a.m. originating out of Olympia. Individuals can participate in commission meetings held by conference call by coming to the commission's headquarters office at 711 South Capitol Way, Suite 402, Olympia, WA.
