] The board of regents of Washington State University will
hold a special meeting on February 12, 2009, beginning at 8:30
a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider adoption of a
voluntary retirement incentive program for employees in the
Washington State University retirement plan. The meeting will
be held in French Administration, Room 422, on the WSU Pullman
campus. The regents will participate in the meeting via
teleconference. This notice is being sent by the direction of the chair
of the board of regents pursuant to the requirements of the
Open [Public] Meeting Act of 1971 (chapter 250, Laws of 1971
1st ex. sess.), as amended.
