Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: In 1961, the department adopted rule[s] for heating installations. These rules are out of date and no longer used, therefore the department is repealing the rules.

Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.

|WAC 296-43-060||Heating element in soil or sand.|
|WAC 296-43-070||Heating element imbedded in driveways.|
