NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS
The primary issue before the commission is whether to recommend to the supreme court that the publishing contract with LEXIS be extended for two years, from July 1, 2010, to June 30, 2012. We will also discuss the issue of the declining subscriber lists, LEXIS's marketing efforts and anticipated results, and any other issues that member[s] may raise.
