Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement


     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

     Document Title: HRSA Numbered Memorandum.

     Subject: Program and fee schedule changes and procedure code updates.

     Effective Date: July 1, 2009.

     Document Description: The numbered memoranda listed below, and sent by HRSA to affected provider groups and managed care organizations, describe HRSA's program and fee schedule changes and procedure code updates that will be implemented as of July 1, 2009. The memoranda describe adjustments in certain medicaid payments that HRSA will implement in accordance with the operating budget as passed by the legislature for state fiscal years 2010 and 2011.
