At this time, the insurance commissioner is pleased to take another step in the regulatory improvement process instituted by the Regulatory Reform Act of 1995 by immediately withdrawing the following bulletins and technical assistance advisories:

Bulletin 88-5
T 06-06
WAC 284-29-200 through 284-29-265 has replaced 88-5 Unfair Practices Applicable to Title Insurers and their Agents and T 06-06 Rebates and Inducements by Title Insurers and their Agents.

T 04-02 WAC 284-23-806 has replaced T 04-02 Sale of Juvenile Life Insurance Policies.

T 04-05 RCW 48.17.270 has superseded T 04-05 Broker Compensation--Washington Duties and Requirements.
