FISH AND WILDLIFE
Subject of Possible Rule Making: Making changes to rules regarding fish and wildlife taken by another.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 77.12.047.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The department wants to update the information required when a person possesses fish or wildlife taken by another. This will help enforcement officers more easily distinguish between and investigate legal and illegal possessions.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
