PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR

TERMINATING STATE OF EMERGENCY

I, Christine O. Gregoire, governor of the state of Washington, under RCW 43.06.210, terminate the following proclamation:


     1.     Proclamation 09-04 dated September 24, 2009, which declared a state of emergency in Chelan and Douglas Counties in the state of Washington.
