     Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo 10-001: Colville Tribal Child Support Program SEMS Access.

     Subject: Colville tribal child support program support enforcement management system (SEMS) access.

     Effective Date: February 3, 2010.

     Document Description: This policy clarification memo (PCM) explains how the DCS extended use of SEMS to the Colville tribal child support program.
