Subject of Possible Rule Making: Combined fund drive.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 357-55 WAC.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: In the 2010 regular session via SB 6540 the combined fund drive was transferred from the department of personnel to the office of the secretary of state and the combined fund drive committee has been eliminated.
Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
