     Proposed dates are the third Tuesday of every month through June 2011 with the exception of December 14, 2010.

     Meetings are scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m.

Washington State Convention Center Board of Directors

Retreat and Board Meeting June 15, 2010



     The board of directors of the Washington state convention center will meet for a planning retreat June 15, 2010, 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. The retreat will take place at the Convention Center, 800 Convention Place, Seattle (room yet to be determined).

     The agenda will include strategic planning sessions for fiscal year 2010-2011. The program will begin with meetings 9:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. Following a lunch break, the retreat will continue 1:30 p.m. through approximately 4:00 p.m.

     There will be a board meeting immediately following the retreat, with an expectation that it will conclude by or before 5:00 p.m. It is anticipated that action will be taken at the board meeting to approve the Washington state convention center corporate goals for fiscal year 2010-2011.
