PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR
TERMINATING STATES OF EMERGENCY

10-05

I, Christine O. Gregoire, Governor of the state of Washington, under RCW 43.06.210, terminate the following proclamations:

1. Proclamation 10-03 dated March 1, 2010, which declared a state of emergency for major repair to a street bridge over SR 167 in Pierce County.

2. Proclamation 10-02 dated February 7, 2010, which declared a state of emergency for extreme rainfall in Chelan, Jefferson, King and Okanogan Counties.

3. Proclamation 09-05 dated October 12, 2009, which declared a state of emergency for a large scale landslide near the Naches River in Yakima County.
