     The University of Washington has recently revised the following policy statements:


"Campuses, Colleges, and Schools," revised effective July 1, 2010 (Executive Order No. IX).
"Types of University Personnel," revised effective July 12, 2010 (UW Employment and Administrative Policies, Chapter 101, Section 1).
"Chemical Hazard Communication Program," revised effective July 13, 2010 (Administrative Policy Statement 12.5).
"University Organization Chart," revised effective July 28, 2010 (Administrative Policy Statement 1.1).
"Accident, Injury, and Illness Reporting," revised effective September 28, 2010 (Administrative Policy Statement 10.8).
"The Vice President for External Affairs," revised effective October 11, 2010 (Executive Order No. 11).
