New Policy 63.72: Assigning and Reassigning Accounts to
Claims with Final Orders.
This policy clarifies for consistency the application of final and binding status of allowance, liability, and/or rejection orders when reassigning a claim between two subaccounts under a single policy.

Amended Policy 63.68: Completing Master Business
Applications for Unregistered Employers.
This policy has been updated to clarify the guidelines for the department in completing a master business application to open an account for an unregistered employer who has not voluntarily applied for industrial insurance coverage.

Amended Policy 91.27: Audit Adjustments' Tolerance.
This policy applies to premium audits of state fund accounts and describes when premiums will be adjusted from an audit. This policy applies only to the change in premiums during the audit period, independent of any penalty or interest amounts.

This policy applies to premium audits of state fund accounts and describes which collections unit will be assigned to an audit resulting in a debit balance.
