Insurance Services Division: Employer Services Program and Field Audit Program

     Amended Policy 91.53: Employer Misrepresentation -- Penalty.

     This policy defines "employer misrepresentation" and provides guidelines for applying the penalty for employer misrepresentation. The policy states that a regional penalty review committee will be established in each region.
