     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

     Document Title: # Memo 10-77.

     Subject: Home infusion therapy/parenteral nutrition program: Fee schedule updates.

     Effective Date: January 1, 2011.

     Document Description: Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2011, DSHS will update the home infusion therapy/parenteral nutrition fee schedule using year 2011 healthcare common procedural coding system Level II code additions and deletions as discussed in this memo.
