     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

     Document Title: # Memo 10-80.

     Subject: Kidney center services: Coverage table and fee schedule changes.

     Effective Date: January 1, 2011.

     Document Description: Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2011, DSHS will update:


• The kidney center services fee schedule; and
• The coverage table in the kidney center services billing instructions to reflect changes discussed within this memo.
