In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list
of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department
of social and health services (DSHS).
Division of Legal Services
Subject: Trauma care fund (TCF) payments to physicians: Enhanced rates for SFY 2011 reestablished and mass adjustment to be made for some incorrectly paid physician trauma claims.
Effective Date: February 16, 2011.
Document Description: DSHS is conducting a mass adjustment for physician trauma claims which may have been incorrectly paid between December 1, 2010, and January 10, 2011. Providers do not need to resubmit those claims. This memorandum explains the reasons.
