WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULES

FISH AND WILDLIFE

The Washington department of fish and wildlife is withdrawing WAC 220-16-950 filed as part of WSR 10-21-117 on October 20, 2010. This WAC was not included in the CR-103P for this project because the Washington fish and wildlife commission and the department of fish and wildlife are complying with the governor's moratorium on noncritical rule making.
