INSURANCE COMMISSIONER
Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.
Purpose: The purpose of this rule making is to repeal WAC 284-48-010 because it is no longer necessary. RCW 48.17.060 and chapter 48.34 RCW, which WAC 284-48-010 relates to, are in place and serve as necessary tools for regulatory and enforcement purposes.
