Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 296-150C WAC, Commercial coaches; chapter 296-150F WAC, Factory-built housing and commercial structures; chapter 296-150M WAC, Manufactured homes; chapter 296-150P WAC, Recreational park trailers; chapter 296-150R WAC, Recreational vehicles; chapter 296-150T WAC, Factory-built temporary worker housing structures; and chapter 296-150V WAC, Conversion vendor units and medical units.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 43.22 RCW and chapter 50, Laws of 2011 (2ESHB 1087).
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The purpose of this rule making is to increase the factory assembled structure fees. The program's budget and projected revenue were evaluated and a fee increase is necessary to help cover the cost of ongoing services for the program.
